• All jewellery prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes
• Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• Payment is required at time of purchase
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods

3. Shipping & Delivery

• UK domestic shipping available with multiple speed options
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery

4. Product Care

• Jewellery requires proper care to maintain appearance
• Follow provided care instructions
• Normal wear and tarnishing not covered under warranty

5. Limitation of Liability

• Products sold "as is" for jewellery purposes
• We're not liable for allergic reactions (though our jewellery is hypoallergenic)
• Maximum liability limited to purchase price
