30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days. At Collection 9, we extend this to 30 days to give you extra peace of mind.

What can be returned:

  • Unworn jewellery in original condition
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items with original tags attached

What cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalised jewellery pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Sale items or clearance jewellery
  • Gift cards

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please log in to your account and submit a return request. Once approved, you'll receive instructions and a return label.

Return Shipping Costs

We Pay Return Shipping:

  • Faulty or damaged items
  • Wrong item sent
  • Item not as described

You Pay Return Shipping:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered wrong item
  • No longer needed

Return shipping cost: £4.99. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the £4.99 cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days, subject to availability.
