Returns & Exchanges

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods purchased online within 30 days.

What can be returned:

• Unworn jewellery in original condition
• Items in original packaging
• Items with original tags attached

What cannot be returned:

• Custom or Personalised jewellery pieces
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Sale items or clearance jewellery
• Gift cards

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please log in to your account and submit a return request. Once approved, you'll receive instructions and a return label.

Return Shipping Costs

We Pay Return Shipping:

• Faulty or damaged items
• Wrong item sent
• Item not as described

You Pay Return Shipping:

• Changed your mind
• Ordered wrong item
• No longer needed

Return shipping cost: £4.99. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the £4.99 cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 14 days, subject to availability.

Please note that the exchange involves two shipping charges, both of which will need to be covered by the customer:

• £4.99 for the prepaid return label to send the item back to us.
• £2.99 for the standard shipping for exchange item.

Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for all returns and exchanges.
